Notably, President Trump has not yet knocked an un-named Senator who put his thumbs down with a vote against Obamacare as he has at almost every past MAGA rally. That Senator's casket and his widow were met by Secretary Mattis in Washington right before tonight's rally began.

President Trump approved McCain's transport and military burial and other consessions at the request of the family. McCain had asked that Trump not attend his funeral, so he's being respectful of that. McCain also requested Sarah Palin not attend
