Question: Are the 2nd and 3rd floor full or just the bowl? How much space is taken up by media? Are their people sitting behind the stage? If no to ?1 and ?2 then you can subtract at least 4,000 seats.

It’s why the dim the lights on the upper levels. They’re not full and the arena floor is cut in half due to press so it’s definitely not 11K.
