You’re misreading this. His WH is run like his insular family-run company, with many decisions made with a small coterie of advisors...and many overruled by the boss. It’s an entirely accurate depiction of this extraordinary WH. We’re very sorry.

I didn't read it as a moan, rather as an observation. There's no worldwide experience of negotiating/working with a POTUS who is unchallenged, unfettered and an autocrat not a democrat. Few of those who have time with him 1:1 give frank accounts of what it/he's like, hence RT.
