The decision to postpone an election in Ohio is ultimately up to the state legislature & courts. But DeWine and Sec of State Frank LaRose are recommending there is no in-person voting tomorrow. "I hope and anticipate that the judge will agree with us," LaRose said.

NEW: An Ohio judge just denied Gov Mike DeWine's request to postpone the state's primary until June 2. Barring a last minute appeal, there will be a primary in Ohio tomorrow. Polls are set to open at 6:30 am.
