Keep this in mind as well: They poison our food and water, which in turn kills our gut microbiomes, we then become deficient in other things that even taking supplements won't solve. Try to avoid the poison at the grocery store and coming out of your taps.

Just a counter point that I could see someone bring up. How many people in general are Vit D deficient? While I agree this is troubling this could just be a gen pop issue.
