Actually, I think SFPD has accurately collected and published crime reports. You're the one claiming they have somehow participated in some sort of fraud. Not much of a supporter of the thin blue line, you.

And yes, I think addressing the core problems that lead to crime is a good way to reduce crime. B/c incarceration can only happen after crime has. Very reactionary, not very effective... But performative in a way simple folk like.
