Update to something more current. Current versions save/restore logging FDs during restarts and thus lose no log streams.

I love how sometimes people say it's the distro's job to make systemd usable, other times the end user has to fix everything with upgrades.

That's been fixed in v235 (https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/13790add4bf648fed816361794d8277a75253410 …). Note that this also makes (start; stop) different from (restart). And it's not reliable
