TIL that each human tooth is an organ, biologically speaking. Nails are tissues. So (no searching) do you think bones are organs or tissues?
Mostly basing this on the idea that “organ” implies a bunch of stuff working together, cf. “organized”

blood doesn't have a specific function. The cells carry out a range of unrelated functions. Hence connective tisssue.
