So, given the fortunate problem where you don't have many incidents so a team doesn't get to practice incident response very often, what are some things people have had success with? Game days come to mind, I like doing analysis of events that went well, what else?

I have trouble figuring out how we could move faster - on average we deploy once / day / engineer (so about 15 times / day). To the error budget point though, there's probably "scary" things we're implicitly avoiding if we dig deep enough.
