It is interesting - a vague tweet about a pothole w/out specific address gets action - other questions / critiques need phone numbers, calls, redundant info etc. It is very odd. I _also_ hate the “please email” thing but I think it’s service requests vs. complaints sometimes. (My mystery: Dead animals require email. Maybe to track down animal abuse? Please just come and get the former raccoon.)
