  Maybe it’s just me, but I think a judge ignoring audio, surveillance, police testimony, countless witnesses etc proving a man’s innocence, in favour of a woman’s perjurious testimony sends more of a terrible message than celebrating an incredible actors work.

  What a terrible message to give an extraordinary actor who also happens to be an abuse survivor an award. Actually terrible is when people, who haven't informed themselves of the facts, think tabloid headlines give them all the info they need.
