Make sure you select 'Notify subscribers' under advanced settings when you publish your videos. Also, could you check with your subs, if this is happening for desktop, mobile or email notifications and is this happening with all notifications/just certain types? Keep us posted.

I don't have desktop notifications enabled, but I can confirm I don't always get the mobile notifications that I should.

Are you using iOS or Android? In addition to the channel subscription settings (tap the bell > all notifications) check your notification setup on the YouTube app & your mobile device to make sure you've opted-in to receive all notifications: https://goo.gl/UxsVCh . Let us know.

Hmm, double check your bell settings for the channel and make sure you've opted-in to receive all notifications and not just "occasional". After that, make sure your app and device settings are turned on: https://goo.gl/UCRcbp . Let us know if things still aren't working!

I get notifications regularly from other channels, so general settings couldn't be the issue. I just don't get notifications from certain channels occasionally. I've double-checked, and I have all notifications on.
