I thought about you when I heard that. I don't know if a highway would generate money for Dillon County? I-95 goes through Dillon and a documentary was made about the school system along the I-95 Corridor. High paying jobs and a vibrant community college for training could work!
The proposed route is right in the middle of the area where the most flooding occurs. My question is what are you going to do about flooding and drainage? You are going to cut down more vegetation that naturally guards against the flooding.
