I am glad you noticed. We spent a lot of time trying to make sure we are inclusive. I have so many friends who are mother figures who do not have any biological children of their own. My mother was raised by a single-father because her mom died young.
We wanted to make sure we included every nurturer & caregiver- aunties, single dads, married dads, women with no children- everyone. You can never have too much
