I guess when you live in Washington, DC... you forget what it is like when it rains. Maybe if you don’t live here or don’t know anything about 1-95 or the Grand Strand you do not care. When I woke up this morning these are the images I imagined again.

Rain shouldn’t trigger trauma, but for many people it does EVERY SINGLE TIME. If it makes me anxious, I can only imagine what It does for people who live in flood zones next to the rivers they love and hate. Be calm rivers. Be calm.
