Evidently, Tommy Rice had odd reasons to vote against VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) too! Evidently, he doesn't see abusers as more threatening to women & children when they're armed. He instead takes the NRA/GOP party line putting gun ownership over criminal history/abuse.
