Better access to areas, provides companies a reason to relocate to SC. Two lane, poorly maintained roads are not an invitation to big businesses to invest in economically challenged areas! They have to be able to transport goods easily.
can fix this SC's infrastructure issues. We need highways widened/maintained to facilitate travel to ALL areas in SC, not just to wealthy, tourist spots. And, we need to facilitate evacuation from areas most likely to be hit by storms.Exactly. The failing infrastructure impacts so many different parts of our daily lives — from commuting to attracting new businesses/jobs, from keeping tourism appeal to general safety hazards.
