    While I too, was included in this massive layoff, I do not need a job. I have grad school coming this fall! HOWEVER! Some of the most incredible, kind, intelligent, and GOOD people were also a part of the layoffs and deserve only the best in their next careers. <3 <3

    Yesterday was sadly my last day at Glitch. After 12 continuous years of employ in the tech industry, I'm gonna need... a minute to figure out what I'm doing next. In the meantime I'm going to boost all my incredible peers who will make your team sparkle!

    RIP Hecky Powell, who died today of COVID-19 complications. Hecky was a master at the South Side Chicago-style of BBQ — and he did it in Evanston for 37 years, no less. Chicago has few homegrown culinary traditions, and Hecky was really good at his craft.
