I’ve always been promoted in six months at every job I’ve ever had. I think it’s because I never applied to jobs unless I met 100% of the requirements, but this always meant I was under hired.

Wow I always wondered about those ‘quick’ promotion but curious any of those cases were three promotions in the same company? After the first I would assumed you level-up and the next one would be a year if not two.

after the first quick one (seems like they were more course correcting than anything else) the others came annually.
