    We need women's voices on these stages more than ever... What would it mean to provide care in these moments? For organizers? Employers?

    I’ve spent the last week trying to arrange childcare so I can go speak at a 3-day event this fall. My spouse works a non-traditional schedule and has no time off to spare. Childcare is a nightmare and our villages are gone. This is why there aren’t more women on your stages.
