You must be proud of him, a very articulate young man, he handled the situation exactly right, the authorities , including the university should be ashamed of their behaviour

Thank you. I am very proud of him

I've been complaining for a while now how compliant Newcastle is. I feel like locals are sleep walking us all into a 'new normal'. This video and your sons actions have given me hope

-
i too have been very suprised that there have been no protests in newcastle vs huge numbers in manchester , liverpool etc. esp as hospitality a key industry here.

Try contacting this organisation
@policeconduct This is dangerous territory and needs to be nipped in the bud. The majority of Police are good but there's a danger they are becoming a law unto themselves with behaviour like this. -
Unfortunately the IOPC are completely useless, and will do anything to stop the police force from being punished.

Thank you Ms. Anderson. Majority of us are shocked & appalled by the actions of these 'wardens' & police. We stand in solidarity with Luke & you all.

Surely that isn’t legal? How dare they think that they can go into someone’s home and check each room, who the hell do they think they are? Unless you invite them in they are not allowed to enter without a warrant.

It just seems like decency and logic has gone out of the window with CoVid. People are just growling angrily and looking for blame. The uni students seem to be taking the brunt and I’m so angry about it
