(1/x) It used to be if you had, e.g., a felon on parole, and the cops saw him w drugs or dealing, he would run bc he knew he’d get arrested... Now, you can have a felon on parole w drugs or dealing and if a cop approaches, they just stand there and engage bc they know nothing is

(2/2) going to happen. This isn’t unique to @chesaboudin @SFDAOffice. It was like this with @GeorgeGascon @LADAOffice. It’s just exponentially worse now bc they can’t get in trouble for resisting or anything else anymore either…
