4. Anyone w an ounce of integrity has now left the office bc they aren’t able to do their jobs and protect the office. It’s a massive brain drain. And it’s shocking as more and more DAs (including ones promoted by Chesa) voluntary leave that people still post articles like this

"A lot has changed since March". Any evidence for this claim other than assertion. FBI crime stats are based on arrests, not prosecution. Your claim that Boudin can somehow impact the FBI and SFPD reports borders on conspiratorial.

Stats are flawed including FBI stats. There are disclaimers on both the SFPD and FBI stats you’re referring to. The article you tweeted referred to charging, which I addressed and you ignored. You want to call it conspiratorial, go for it. No one who works in that office can

Dispute what I tweeted bc it’s true. Period. Full stop. And if you think I’m wrong or it’s conspiratorial, I suggest you go sit inside an sf courtroom and watch what’s going on instead of tweeted a medium article.

I don’t know why my tweets are doing that, so I’m deleting and responding again. I’m very well aware of the burden of proof. Also, shifting the burden of proof, which defense attys try to incorrectly claim a lot of times during closing argument.

You should look into my pinned tweet. It’s easily verifiable. In fact, it’s more easily verifiable than the medium article you are trusting that quote Bazelon, who works with Chesa. And anytime Paul likes something, you know you’re on the wrong side of it.

Quotes*. In fact, I think the article is like 90% Bazelon quotes. You can be ride or die Chesa, but at the moment his supporters are grasping at straws.

Fair enough, you aren't the one claiming that crime is generally increasing in San Francisco. You do try to question the validity of the FBI UCR reports, which are really the gold standard of crime reporting in the US. The government makes decisions around funding based on them.

There is no gold standard in re crime stats. Go browse on the fbi ice reports. It’s all self reporting from diff police agencies. They don’t even get the stats from all cities and counties. It’s selective.
