Where to start? 1. There is charging and there is “charging.” If I commit a robbery, use of force to steal something w a gun - that can be charged as a robbery w the gun enhancement; OR that can be charged as a petty theft worthy of diversion or a theft class and dismissal;

4. Anyone w an ounce of integrity has now left the office bc they aren’t able to do their jobs and protect the office. It’s a massive brain drain. And it’s shocking as more and more DAs (including ones promoted by Chesa) voluntary leave that people still post articles like this

Stats are flawed including FBI stats. There are disclaimers on both the SFPD and FBI stats you’re referring to. The article you tweeted referred to charging, which I addressed and you ignored. You want to call it conspiratorial, go for it. No one who works in that office can
