This is actually a pretty big fuck up @kasefiles @chesaboudin @SFDAOffice @RachelRMarshall. Maybe if your victim advocate wasn’t a career defense Atty and had spent some time in juvie, she would have understood Welfare and Institutions Code section 827.https://twitter.com/socallegaleagl1/status/1416427899612106754 …

It’s a crime - and those who practice criminal law know it’s very much against the rules. “(C) An intentional violation of the confidentiality provisions of this paragraph is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500).”

(1/x) The defendant is the person w standing to make a complaint with the state bar. The court could also report to
@StateBarCA if they are privvy to what happened.@RobBonta is the person to get involved when there is a conflict at the police station.2 replies 0 retweets 2 likes
(2/x) If the defense Atty the juvie has is smart, she’ll file a misconduct claim in ct to try to get the case dismissed or seek sanctions, etc. but the reality is, the defense is working w the DAs office so who knows what type of deal they’re already being offered.
