It is troubling to see the POA exploit a tragedy for political motivations and spread misinformation to the public. Just last month, after filing new felony charges, our office filed a motion to detain Mr. Cauich in jail. The court disagreed & released him on an ankle monitor.

Yes, he can get the transcript of an open case. And he knows who the court reporter was, the date of the appearance, the ct room, etc. he also has to cut a check to the ct reporter, but the office has the budget for it.
