Some of these are unmeasurable (graduate skills and competencies? word salad), some are empoyer-determined (salary) - what a ridiculous list.

I have psych BA from mid tier AB uni. Now I earn 6fig£ in UK. Thanks to lib ed education. Yet psych likely to be bucketed as "low value". New UCP rules are short-sighted. More imp, basic rule of models is more inputs = more manipulation. This system is going to be unmanageable.
