retail in 2023 involves choosing between going to walgreens and doing ur shopping by having a worker unlock each individual item for you from behind plexiglas, or trying to decide between IOCBYHZ, BANKKY, or KLAQQED spatulas on amazon

best article i've read on amazon in some time, which addresses many of the insane things about the user experience of the platform that often make me log off and find a normal product at a normal retailer instead

Do other cities actually have everything locked behind plexiglass? We have *very* few items locked up at our stores here.

can't speak for other cities but i've stopped going to big chain pharmacies in brooklyn because everything is locked up and it takes much more time to buy anything. lots of local places to fill the void fortunately

We’re a HomeKit household but I’m picturing that the path to purchase isn’t that seamless if most of the products on Amazon have names like BESTWEER apple laptop cable iPhone usb 2 usb 3 usb c 6 foot twitter.com/giorgiomomurde…

I've been wanting a replacement for my favorite now-handle-less spatula for a long time. I look on amazon and it's too much work to sort through all of the crappy knock-offs and fake reviews.... ended up getting one at a thrift store. It's fine. It spatulas.
