    Anyways I'm sharing this in case you are also looking at yourself and unable to handle whatever it is you're going through. I'm currently leaning into my type A side as I deal with it.

    But some days, particularly today, it's just not good. I'm aware it could be much worse, and without meds I would likely be in a ball in my closet never to leave again.

    This is not something new. I have really bad anxiety that has only gotten worse. I'm finally on medication for it, which helps me more than I ever could imagine. It keeps my anxiety at a level so I can process and deal with it.

    Lmaooooooo relatable, but also this is a legit phenomenon called Revenge Bedtime Procrastination and it’s become an increasingly common behavior among folks who work long hours and/or high-stress jobs as a means of taking back some level of control over their time and freedom 🥲
