Why this really angers me. For the first half of GoT, we sat through rapes and torture of women, and gratuitous boobs. Then we saw the rise of complicated and powerful women, and it felt like we earned that turn. So the return to weeping, fearful women feels like a betrayal.

And next week they'll have Arya kill Dany. What absolute. Damn. Garbage.
-
Yep. In order to save Jon, who is a total tool.

There’s still Sansa, at least.
-
True. Although her last act (that we’ve seen) was to become a tattletale. Not inspiring.

All the leaks were true. Man, the writers fucked up this show soooooo bad. Comically bad.

How else does Jon ascend to the throne? Kinda of like Biden--he;s a good guy, despite his egregious errors. And he;s likable, unlike THEM. Don't forget about Sansa, tho.
-
Ugh. So much women’s badassery, sacrificed to ensure that the mediocre white guy succeeds! Ugh. See elsewhere in this thread for my thoughts on Sansa.
