    It gets worse: I got a hold of your support and they told me to go to an agent, but there is no condor agent here, no desk or counter. When I told the support person on the phone that there was no one here to talk to, They hung up on me.

    you scheduled flight connections without ample time to get through customs and border control in Toronto. I missed my connection and I can’t get a hold of your customer service nor can I find an agent anywhere. I’m stuck in Toronto, no flight, no recourse.

    I have given this A LOT of thought over the years. Technical debt has become a conflated term trying to encapsulate many, often conflicting concepts. For that reason, it can easily become unhelpful and even harmful. It’s time to demystify its meaning.

    I demonize bad behavior. I’m not going to wrap my admonishment in a warm blanket because accountability gives men the angry feels, and I refuse to be expected to manipulate men into giving women political power. I say what I mean - like, actually.

    While I understand that women are frustrated, they are doing political damage by arguing in such a way that demonizes men. There are plenty of conservative women in this country that take the other side. Argue in an inclusive not exclusive way.

    Poor customer service, 24 hour lag in any communication. Not ideal when dealing in expensive equipment.

    Trying to get my Dead On Arrival Sony A6300 replaced for a week now. Still no help from customer service. Please just replace the expensive DOA so I can get back to work
