    Merry Xmas and . My $5000 laptop is a week late, lost by FedEx, your support tells me daily a specialist will call within 24 hours, then within 4 hours, then within 1 hour. 3 agents, 3 promises, no calls. I have a 24 hour onsite support contract. Worthless!

    absolutely outstanding training from the last few days. It's been totally worth it and much of the content can be applied to other aspects of testing outside of just ICS. A really worthwhile course! Thanks!
