I don't recall who did all of the inventory item rendering. @mediumclawboy or @MaxSchaefer might remember. However, a lot of the UI (including inventory icons) were touched up by Ben Boos. Uniques mostly for me, the process was to render the models, but do heavy paint overs (which was basically pixel art then)
