    Just got an email from my awesome small locally owned grocery store, that Hubbard Street Group are building a large 2 story commercial development at Lawrence and Western (the old bank) with an “undisclosed national grocery retailer”. Y’all know this is gonna be Amazon.

    Since they're restructuring as a TX nonprofit (they're currently registered in NY), will they need to reapply for 501(c)(4) status? If so, it'd be a great opportunity to rake them over the coals about how exactly they promote social welfare.
