... Called to paid in full 12 days before due; made my displeasure known to rep. Just got another bill for $4.42 because despite my authorizing full amount last time, they only drew $2 instead of $2.21. I am now up to $6.63 in late fees that reps insist are legit. It is a scam.

Blaming customer for your complete & utter mistake is never cool, despite expiration dates in your own policy. Screwing over the customer is just bad policy. Period.
