There is no EU Army, nor are there any plans for one. Currently member states cooperate together on one-off scenarios. The plan is to get better EU wide coordination so that each country's individual army stands stronger should they need the support. Like Allied Forces in WWII.

They’re “not really wanting a EU army” is part of the step-by-step ever closer union. Don’t fool yourself by words your obeyed leaders speak. They lie. All they’re after is power and money. Both ask for corruption. The bigger the layer, the lesser transparency.
