In the latest attempt to fix my bandwidth, got a new proper switch that (apparently) has good max bandwidth. All gigabit ports and something like 48gb max throughout.
I was wondering if my little switches were just being maxed out - though, having it speed up on VPN is still odd

Yeah.... but what they ACTUALLY mean, is they want the RICH to keep more of their money, and the poor to help fund that.
If they truly wanted the majority to keep more, they'd tax lower income less, and millionaires/billionaires far, FAR more.
