I have also asked multiple clerk about their knowledge of ballot harvesting, and every one has responded with “talk to my lawyer.”

Despite claims in Senate Elections testimony just now, I've heard no evidence that "ballot harvesting" is an actual problem in Michigan. Talked to several clerks and none of them said it was an issue. (It's already illegal here but is a oft-repeated argument against drop boxes)
