We need to address Long Term Care shortages of facilities and trained Health Care Workers for the growing elderly population. That's needed infrastructure and millions more jobs.

Yes. We absolutely need a federal jobs program. 50m people unemployed and underemployed! We need millions trained to be Healthcare professionals who will do tracking and tracing within HIPAA privacy protocols to allow us to learn and to be prepared in case of a resurgence

We can use
@AmeriCorps to create additional community need jobs. This not only puts people back to work asap, it serves as a foundational program for possible disruptions from the accelerated adoption of AI as big companies look for increased efficiencies and smaller payrolls.Pokaż ten wątek -
4 months ago if you would have asked me about a FJG program I would have said absolutely not. If you would have asked what the probability of 26m people filing for unemployment in 1 month would be, I would have said zero. I would have told you smaller gov is always better.
