Why bailout airlines? The bankruptcy code works great there. Sets wrong precedent to allow mass buybacks when leveraged.

Exec bonuses, if to be paid, should be distributed to all staff in case of a bail out.

Personal opinion, the executives shouldn't shouldn't see any bonuses in the short term. Especially due to their mismanagement of using 96% of free cash flow for stock buybacks. They should have had an "emergency fund" like normal Americans are expected to.
