There are about 20k securities sold on the pink sheets and over the counter. These securities have the choice of listing on major exchanges or not. The same should apply to crypto tokens. Give them the option of registering with the CFTC or not at all

Patient came in with an NSTEMI s/p PCI. Wanted to discharge on Ticagrelor, but cost was an issue. While that one wasn't on the list, I looked up all his meds on @costplusdrugs and saved him $1800 per month. Now he can have what he needs.
