I'm crowdfundung money to buy diapers for working class families for @CaliforniaLabor's January diaper drive. Send me a couple bucks on venmo, cashapp, etc. in the next week and I will fill my car up with diapers for distribution (pic from when we did this in 2018).

Florida is already short by thousands of teachers, unwilling to work for low pay and little support. Now DeSantis wants to go after their unions. It's an intentional strategy to destroy public education, plain and simple.

So my favorite bookstore @cellardoor_12 has been given an eviction notice to get out by the end of February even though they're paid up. They've also been targeted and harassed by hate groups and hateful people bc of they host a Drag Queen Storytime, bc they promote BIPOC writers

Dumb question: if the US minted the trillion dollar coin, wouldn't that likely cause a cascade of countries aligning against the dollar as global reserve currency (which I'm not staking out as a good/bad thing)? Or would it be digested the same as quantative easing?
