      Whoever was in power had to take some share of the blame. They should of had tighter regs on the banks. That's why people hate bankers now.

      Labour did actually create the FSA at the time which is more regulation than the Conservatives wanted.

      Fine. American hospitals are using lean to increase efficiency but ensuring they still give a quality output. Why can't the NHS adopt this?
