What changes are you planning to make the event 1.5m compatible?
We don't know what it will be like eight months from now, but the field day consisted of distancing reminder signs, handwashing and disinfecting stations in the field, and mouth masks required in buffet line. Everything was in the open air as well.

A good template for would-be hacker camp goers is BornHack 2020. They had distancing measures in place and plentiful hand sanitiser stations. At times it was very different - giving a talk to a nearly-empty social distanced tent was weird - but they did a great job.

I'm sure an MCH with those types of measures will be a bit different, but the Danes proved it could be done safely.
