Disk Utility in 10.11 doesn't seem to have a way to mount locked volumes. But you can unlock with "diskutil list" to find the volume ID.

@mjtsai There's also no Customize Toolbar dialog in Disk Utility. -
@mcelhearn Actually, I was able to get to that via the contextual menu and then put the Unlock button back. -

@mcelhearn Contextual menu between two toolbar buttons and then you can Customize Toolbar. -
@mjtsai Ah, sneaky. I wonder if other apps have that now.

@mjtsai No, I don't see that anywhere. I guess you can only do that in the Finder. So you can't burn an ISO for example... -
