Still, there are reasonable workarounds -- you can see his tweets if you really want to. The judge, to my mind, ruled that Trump could not inconvenience Twitter users.

A blocked user can't reply to a tweet (unless they login to a different account-- until that gets blocked too). The set of replies to a tweet is what is considered a public forum, and the ability to post to that forum is what is being unfairly denied to the blocked users.
