Thinking of deleting the twitter app (not my account) for my sanity. Is that insane?

I delete it off my phone a few weekends a month, just for a break. It helps.

I did shortly after this tweet and am already liking it. I need to remember that for my current work, I don't need it, so I might keep it this way and use the browser if I really need to check in on something.
