Has anyone thought of reporting the school to the health department? Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens is a public health risk, not to mention other potential health risks from denying students and faculty bathroom breaks.

I once had to do that in high school after an exceptionally long test. It was awful, had to walk all the way home uncomfortable and self-conscious. What a crap policy.
