What is the point of the @NYCTSubway account if an entire line can just stop running in the middle of morning rush and it doesn't even get a mention.

After it took me 30 minutes to go two stops on the E this morning, I used the half bar of cell service I managed to get at the next station to check the website to see if I should just walk across town.
