I do miss this aspect of the New York subway. I always thought it was wild that trains from line X could run on line Y
Surprise F Trains on the Court Square platform are the best kind of MTA surprise. Like, I know it means some F riders are about to have a really crappy commute because this train should not be here. But it's great for me!

There is switch problems at 42 St/8 Av causing service changes and delays in E trains. One F train was rerouted on the E line to full in the gap in E train service.
